This classic East Carolina sauce is punchy and plenty tangy! The vinegar-based recipe is wicked good on all meats and seafood. Get creative with it, and don’t be bashful—makes an awesome mop on pork butts and a great marinade! As always, when enjoying my sauce, use sparingly while  cookin’ and generously when eatin’!
