After many years of hard work, we are now drying our berries only using fruit concentrates in the preservation process. With no sugar added, we feel the flavor and texture come as close as you can get to the fresh fruit. These dried wild blueberries have at least half the sugar content of most dried blueberries in the marketplace today.
Gelato from The Gelato Fiasco
We make each batch of our gelato from scratch at our Creation Kitchen in Brunswick. Each flavor starts with a base of Maine milk and
cane sugar, and we add other natural ingredients to create a medley of flavors.
Size: 18-ounce container. Eight-ounce Express Dish and freshly scooped dishes available at some locations.
Ingredients: Contains milk from Maine farms; all-natural cane sugar; fruits, chocolates, confections, or spices applicable to individual flavors; emulsifiers and stabilizers.
